SPARTAN ToughDoc Massage Gun 

After premature failure of my first tough doc massage gun with little use, i ordered a new one because i liked the design and how it worked, but received a nonfunctioning one that looked as if it had been used, with finger prints all over it, and what appears to be a faint whitish film of dead skin on the ball tool as if someone massaged their feet with it. There are no phone contacts to talk directly with someone, all has to be done by E-mail, but i was contacted by the next day with a response, and within two more days and e-mails determined that a new one would be shipped out. There was an apology for the inconvenience but no discount or any kind of compensation for such a disgusting looking tool that doesn't work. Furthermore after such an egregious inconvenience i would have expected the new massage gun would have been shipped out with a 2 or 3 day delivery, but 7 days later i am still waiting for the replacement of the defective tool, as regular shipping is 7-10 days even though i purchased the replacement with the 5-7 day shipping.
Its inconceivable to me how any business or anyone with a smidge of conscience, ethics, or pride in their work would allow this product in such a condition to be shipped, when it was clear that the shipping box had been opened and then retaped carelessly with a massive amount of odd looking tape, as well as the manufacturers packaging tape seal had been broken and the box opened. Very disappointed so far with this company! it seems as if they have no pride in their work and don't care, especially after being made aware of these issues.

When the massage gun arrived, everything was in the case, and the condition was good with nothing broken. I left it to charge for 3 to 4 hours, and the charging lights were on. However, when I came back to use it after a gym session, there was no sign of life. I unplugged it and pressed the power button twice, but nothing worked.

I bought this massage gun because it was affordable and I'm glad I did. It's been working great for 2 years now. The battery lasts a long time. The head can grind against the front end if you push sideways hard, but no issues during normal use. Definitely worth the money.

So I learned something very interesting. The massage gun came to my house, it shows that it’s charging, but won’t turn on. I contacted Spartan to get a replacement, but that has yet to arrive. That being said, buy has her own risk. The massage gun does not come with any warranty, so if anything goes wrong with any of the electronics, you will be out the money.

I purchased this after noticing the cost was 75.00 (Spartan+). It is great and has a lot of settings and different attachments. I have used each attachments. The 4 prong is weird, but once you get a hang of it, it’s great. I wish the case could be sturdier; however, for 75 bucks it’s a good deal
