I bought the plate and the stand. I was excited to put the first two pieces into the plate, waiting for December to finish my Trifecta. Unfortunately the plate will NOT sit in the stand right side up. If I place it in the stand on either of the sides (with the magnets to create a pyramid) it fits better.
Customer service was helpful and sent out a new stand. Still didn't work. I sent more videos and we determined it has to be the plate. They sent me another plate. Very helpful! It arrived today and guess what, same issue. Won't fit the way it's supposed to fit, and only on its sides. I'm not sure what the heck. What are the odds that either both bases are faulty, or both plates? Either way I'm not sure what to do now. Very disappointed.
