Delayed support and customer service

My coin from the race either fell or was not there so I ordered two, I ordered 8 pm and tried to cancel around 8 am, customer service around 9 said it’s through third party so they can’t stop it, but I can still return it. While the update was order received (not processed)… around noon I saw an update processed and when I received it… I have to pay for the shipping. Never again
