Fresh Meal Plan offers five distinct meal plans that are designed with different tastes and nutritional goals in mind. After you select a plan, you’ll get to choose the number of meals you want to receive each week.

Traditional


The flagship meal plan, well balanced with lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and vegetables.

Paleo


Comprised of lean proteins, vegetables, and nuts and seeds for essential fatty acids, this plan is low in complex carbohydrates, sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat.

Keto


High in healthy fat, moderate protein, and low-carbohydrate, which forces the body to utilize fat as energy instead of carbohydrates.

Vegan


Designed for those who don’t eat meat or fish, but want healthy, balanced food with lots of variety.

Lean & Mean


Designed for serious professional bodybuilders, our plan includes large portions of protein, limited complex carbohydrates, and few fats. Unlike our other menu plans, Lean & Mean does not rotate or change on a weekly basis.

A La Carte


Order proteins, entrees, and sides in bulk to make your own meals or create family-style dinners. We also have a variety of snacks and desserts to complete your meal selection.
