SPARTAN Medal Display Rack

Received partial delivery with box broken open partially on top and corner; missing 1 delta icon Bigfork MT 2019 and the Display rack was missing both nails to hold metal bracket on left side. No response from customer support.

My husband recently injured himself in a spartan ultra beast and may be his spartan career ended. When I gave him this beautiful display it was a motivation changer. It’s well make and perfect size for all the metals he has successfully earned in multiple races. Thank you

Purchased as a Christmas gift, so I didn’t have time to exchange it. A bolt was out, just sitting in the box. Wood near metal piece was rough with splinters sticking out. I purchased the same one for my husband a few years ago, and I was very happy with it. So disappointed this time.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas. When it arrived, the outer packaging had a hole in it and the contents were rattling around with no protective wrapping. There were brackets and the rack but no hardware to attach brackets. I emailed the company and attached photos over a week ago and have gotten no response
